How well is your business doing? Where are you located. I am starting my own business very similar to yours.

Business is going really great. Things have slowed a little with short-term contracts and one-time services, but the companies that are currently working with me in long-term contracts understand the value I bring to their company and are actually increasing the number of hours I work for them.

How much work do you do yourself because my concept is that it would be all me, will that work?

Right now, I do most the work myself (except for the Personal Buyer contracts), and subcontract on a few projects with another VA as necessary for when I want to take time off, can’t get it all finished in a timely manner, etc. I take on as much work as I can handle personally.

With that said, I set up the business to be a multi-VA business and will be expanding in the near future to have at least one more full-time VA working with me.

As far as this service (the Personal Buyer), I have contracted with a VA who has experience with virtual shopping. She doesn’t want to run her own business, so we collaborated to offer this new service together. As things grow, she will also take on more administrative VA contracts as well.

VASupports is located in Wisconsin, but we contract with companies all over the United States. At this time, we do not have any international companies, but will be working to expand globally as the business continues to grow.

Right now I work for a large world wide company and I make good money. My goal in creating this company is just to get tax breaks and earn a little extra on the side. Could you please help me with some questions.
1. I can only work at virtual services on nights and weekends, will that work?
2. How do I get my first customer?
3. This question may be out of line: Are you able to outsource some work to me?
Thanks
